A 60,000-square-foot flex/industrial facility located within the Keystone Industrial Park in Bristol, PA recently traded to Faropoint.
The NAI Mertz Licht Team, Jeff and Jared Licht, sold the property and in fact also traded another facility in Bristol, PA to the Hoboken-based tech-enabled real estate investment manager. The second facility was 150 Rittenhouse Circle, a 101,250-square-foot flex/industrial facility. The Licht team has been retained as exclusive leasing/marketing agents for the two properties.

Located at 411 Sinclair Road, the property is a modern, predominately one story with partial office mezzanine, flex/industrial facility on 4.75 acres. It is situated at the Bristol exit of I-95 and within minutes of Route 13, 413 and the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The building can be leased in its entirety or demised in half to accommodate two 30,000 sf tenants. The space boasts 26’ ceiling height, 2500 amps of power, tailgate and drive-in loading. It has been home to Estee Lauder for 30 years.
Faropoint is repositioning both buildings within the industrial complex.
