NAIOP, The Commercial Real Estate Development Association – New Jersey Chapter, has announced the recipients of its 2025 President’s Awards, recognizing members for their exemplary service and dedication to the commercial real estate development industry.
The awards will be presented at the annual President’s Awards and Hall of Fame Reception on Nov. 3, at the Hilton East Brunswick, marking the chapter’s final major networking event of the year.
2025 President’s Award honorees
The following volunteer leaders will be celebrated for the vital roles they play in advancing NAIOP NJ’s objectives:
- Legacy Award: Dave Gibbons, Elberon Development Group
- Pillar Award: PGIM
- Advocacy Award: Cecilia Lassiter, Sills Cummis & Gross P.C.
- Advocacy Award: Brad Vander Vliet, Crow Holdings
- Volunteer of the Year: Anthony Marin, MIG Real Estate
- Rising Star Award: Mike Barone, Rockefeller Group
In addition to the President’s Awards, two individuals will be inducted into the Hall of Fame: L. Robert Lieb of Mountain Development Corp. and Monica Padovano Casiello of U.S. Title Solutions.
NAIOP NJ President Matt Schlindwein lauded the recipients, stating, “These awards acknowledge the great work of members who have gone above and beyond to advance the objectives of our chapter and ensure the success of commercial real estate development in New Jersey. We are looking forward to celebrating this year’s honorees and enjoying the last big networking event of the year with our dedicated members who make the New Jersey chapter so strong.”
The reception will begin with cocktails and networking at 4:30 p.m., followed by the awards presentation, and will conclude at 7:30 p.m.
