Marlton-based National Integrity Title Agency (NITA), a full-service title insurance and settlement agency, has announced the promotion of Natalie Madanick to vice president Commercial Business Development.
Since joining NITA, Madanick has been instrumental in securing new business and strengthening client relationships, significantly contributing to the company’s growth. In her new, expanded leadership role, she will focus on building new key partnerships tailored to the commercial real estate sector, including collaboration with attorneys, lenders, developers and brokers.
A recognized community connector
Madanick is a well-known figure and “connector” within the region’s business and real estate communities. Her extensive involvement includes serving on the Strategic Expansion Committee for NAIOP Greater Philadelphia, co-founding the Tier One Network, and co-chairing the “Everything Real Estate Group” at the Pyramid Club. She also serves as a Board Member for the Voorhees Business Association and is a strategic partner with the Camden County Bar Association.
George Duffield, Sr., co-owner and CEO of NITA, praised her impact, saying, “Natalie’s drive and ability to connect people have had a direct and lasting impact on our success. Her energy is unmatched, and her relationships across the real estate and business communities will continue to open doors and strengthen NITA’s presence.”
Reflecting on her promotion, Madanick expressed enthusiasm for the company’s culture and future. “At NITA, we work like family — everyone is passionate about supporting clients and each other. I’m excited to continue building on the relationships we’ve established while looking ahead to new opportunities for growth,” she shared.
Founded in 1992 and acquired by Fran Turchi and George E. Duffield, Sr. in 2015, NITA has since grown to over 40 team members, providing a full range of title and settlement services from its corporate office in Marlton, New Jersey, and satellite locations across the Delaware Valley and Florida.
