New 73K SF warehouse development planned for Gibbstown

Class A project breaking ground this summer and available for leasing

A new industrial warehouse development is planned for Gibbstown in Gloucester County, according to a recent announcement from developer Faropoint.
Located at 635 Swedesboro Road, the project is Faropoint’s newest ground-up development in Southern New Jersey and is now being marketed for lease, with the building delivering in Q1 2026.
Efforts for leasing will be led by a dedicated Colliers team, including Marc Isdaner, vice chairman, and Ian Richman, executive vice president.
The 73,800-square-foot Class A industrial building will feature 32’ clear ceiling heights, 15 loading docks, two drive-in doors, a 130’ truck court, 46 parking spaces, an ESFR fire suppression system and a 1600-amp, 480-volt electric service — making the site well equipped to meet the everyday needs of a modern industrial tenant.

“We’re excited to work with Faropoint on this new project,” Richman said. “There are very few Class A opportunities under 100,000 square feet, not only in Gloucester County, but throughout Southern New Jersey, and this building offers immediate access to two exits of I-295.”

The warehouse will be conveniently located, with easy access to Interstate 295 and proximity to Routes 130, 322, and the Commodore Barry Bridge. The New Jersey Turnpike and Walt Whitman Bridge are both within 15 minutes of the site, offering quick access to Philadelphia.
