Bottle & Cork, a new wine and liquor store, recently signed a 4,245-square-foot lease at Summit Plaza, located at 380 West Pleasantview Avenue in Hackensack, according to an announcement from Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. The new business will join a diverse roster of retail tenants at Summit Plaza including Stop & Shop, GNC, Dollar Tree, and more.
RIPCO Real Estate’s Curtis Nassau and Patrick Brake represented Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the transaction.
“I am eager to open Bottle & Cork and soon welcome residents of Hackensack and its surrounding communities as valued customers,” Shishir Patel, co-owner of Bottle & Cork said. “I am confident that Summit Plaza’s visibility and accessibility will allow Bottle & Cork to grow into a flourishing local business.”
Summit Plaza is a 100,000-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center located at the intersection of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue. The property, which also boasts proximity to Routes 4 and 46 and Interstate 80, benefits from the area’s favorable demographics with a population of over 600,000 within a five-mile radius.
Carolina Gutierrez, Manager of Leasing and Marketing at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises, added, “Summit Plaza offers an ideal opportunity for a wide range of retailers hoping to tap into Bergen County’s strong consumer base. Bottle & Cork will be a great addition to Summit Plaza, and we look forward to the store’s opening.”
