COR Behavioral Group, a leading provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and autism therapy, and Baker Street Behavioral Health, a country-wide behavioral health provider, recently opened a new Pediatric Development Center in Flemington.
The new center provides a suite of therapeutic services for individuals with autism, behavioral health, and occupational therapy challenges, among other health challenges.
Clients can make use of a sensory room, gym area, and a full kitchen and daily living skills area – each of which are uniquely incorporated into the center to promote learning and enhance success in activities of daily living. As a result, clients can learn a well-rounded suite of life skills, all with 1:1 oversight.
The new center marks a significant upgrade from the previous location in Lebanon, tripling its office square footage from 1,200 to 4,500 square feet.
Located at 466 NJ-12 in Flemington, the new space offers a safe and inclusive environment for individuals with a host of presenting challenges, including Autism and/or developmental disabilities, and behavioral health challenges.
Supported by a team of psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and more, clients are provided individual therapies and/or social skills groups that encourage the development of positive behaviors, while reducing behaviors that can negatively impact learning.
“We are dedicated to providing exceptional individualized services that truly provide a positive impact on our clients’ lives,” Dr. Joseph Galasso, psychologist and CEO, said. “Our new center reflects our commitment to growth and excellence. It’s not just an upgrade; it’s a promise to our clients that we are here to serve them better, and that together we are building a community where individuals with autism, IDD, and behavioral challenges can thrive and lead fulfilling lives,” he added.
Services provided at the new center include:
ABA Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Behavioral Health
Neuropsychological Evaluation
