Newmark Associates has bolstered its advisory team by welcoming Lori Altman, an experienced professional transitioning into commercial real estate (CRE) after a successful eight-year career in residential real estate.
Altman joins Newmark with an extensive background in national sales and client strategy, having previously held senior sales roles with leading publications such as Modern Bride, Travel + Leisure, and USA WEEKEND. During her time in media, she managed top-performing teams and earned multiple President’s Club awards.
Altman’s approach centers on providing creative real estate solutions by actively listening to and analyzing each client’s specific goals. She is noted for her professionalism, integrity, and market insight, approaching projects with a commitment to long-term success.
A graduate of The American University with a BA in Public Communication, Altman is also an award-winning professional, having been recognized by Advertising Women of New York as a Working Mother of the Year. She currently resides in Northern New Jersey.
