The New Jersey Subcontractors Association (NJSA) has announced the honorees for its 2025 SUBBY Awards, recognizing exceptional leadership, safety, and collaboration across New Jersey’s construction industry. The awards will be presented at NJSA’s annual gala on Nov. 20, at The Palace at Somerset Park.
The SUBBY Awards celebrate individuals and organizations who exemplify professionalism and integrity within the built environment. This year’s distinguished recipients span the full spectrum of the industry:

NJSA Chairwoman Angela Morello Lange emphasized that the awards highlight the human element behind successful projects. “The SUBBY Awards recognize those who elevate our industry by leading with character, collaboration, and care for the people behind every project,” said Lange, who is also President of Landmark Fire Protection.
In addition to the main categories, NJSA will present its annual Excellence in Safety Awards to subcontractors who demonstrate an exceptional commitment to workplace safety, employee training, and risk management.
The annual gala serves as a networking event that reinforces the essential partnerships between subcontractors, general contractors, labor, and project ownership, highlighting the industry’s collective power in building New Jersey’s economy.
