Outcomes Matter Innovations (OMI), a Jersey City-based leader in technology-enabled specialty care, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Dr. Christopher Windham, as its new executive chief operating officer and chief clinical officer.
In this dual leadership role, Windham will spearhead OMI’s clinical strategy and operational execution. His appointment comes at a pivotal time for the company as it scales its high-value specialty care model across a growing network of provider and payer partners nationwide.
Windham is a board-certified surgical oncologist with a distinguished career in clinical leadership and healthcare transformation. His background combines high-level surgical expertise with advanced academic training in healthcare management:
-
Fellowship Training: Completed research and clinical fellowships at MD Anderson Cancer Center and Moffitt Cancer Center.
-
Advanced Education: Holds a Master of Healthcare Management from Harvard University and a Master of Population Health Management from Johns Hopkins University.
Prior to joining OMI, Windham held executive roles at Lumeris, Catholic Health Physician Partners, and Cone Health. His track record includes transforming care delivery within complex multi-specialty environments and improving physician engagement to drive better clinical and financial outcomes.
As OMI continues to expand its reach, Windham will be responsible for managing key relationships with physician practices, health systems, and health plan customers. He will oversee the deployment of OMI’s proprietary technology, which provides real-time decision support to specialists at the point of care.
“Chris brings deep clinical expertise and a proven ability to build strong provider and customer partnerships,” Dr. Andrew Pecora, chairman and CEO of OMI said. “As we scale OMI, his leadership will be critical to delivering consistent execution and supporting our continued growth.”
Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Jersey City, OMI is dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical quality and financial efficiency.
