The hottest days of August have many people thinking of winter. For those who do their work outside, those visions can come true sooner than they may realize.
BIG SNOW, the American Dream attraction is offering a creative collaboration this August as a way to recognize and thank outdoor workers for their dedicated work in unruly conditions. The indoor skiing and snowboarding park is offering eligible guests a 50% discount on lift tickets during its ‘Cool Down Days’ promotion.
To claim this offer, participants need to show proof of employment to receive a promotion code to be used when they register for tickets.
“Despite the heat advisories and unbearable conditions, outdoor workers show up every day to get the job done,” Resort Marketing Manager at Big SNOW Amiana Tyransky said. “Cool Down Days are our way of recognizing their efforts by offering them a chance to hit the slopes and chill out in a refreshing 28-degree escape that lasts all year long no matter what the forecast says.”
Big SNOW American Dream, operated by New Jersey-based SNOW Partners, is the first facility of its kind within the United States and Canada, offering varied on-snow experiences within a 180,000 square foot, 16 story, climate-controlled ski slope. It offers 4 acres of snow-covered slopes, a 160-foot vertical drop, a graduated degree of pitch ranging from 0% at the base to 26% at its steepest point and 1,000 feet of length for skiers of all ages and skill levels to take advantage of all serviced by 4 surface and aerial lifts.
