Paris Baguette, the French-inspired bakery café franchise headquartered in Moonachie, is entering the fourth quarter with powerful momentum after awarding over 225 new franchise agreements and opening nearly 70 new locations across North America year-to-date.
As of the close of the third quarter, the global brand, which operates its North American network from its New Jersey base, achieved the major milestone of 250 open locations across the continent. The company’s continued rapid expansion sets the stage for healthy growth into 2026 and beyond.
Paris Baguette’s performance underscores its financial stability, reporting its 19th consecutive quarter of positive comparable sales growth and 18th consecutive quarter of positive comparable traffic. The brand continues to exceed the $2.8 million average unit volume reported in its 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document.
“Our growth this year continues to be astonishing,” CEO Darren Tipton said. “Our footprint continues to expand, supporting our mission to reestablish the neighborhood bakery café across North America.”
Key metrics reinforcing this growth include:
- 225+ new franchise agreements awarded year-to-date.
- 65+ new leases executed.
- 1.2 million U.S. PB Rewards members—a nearly 60% increase this year.
To maintain its differentiated quality amid rapid expansion, the New Jersey-based company recently broke ground on a $160 million manufacturing facility in Texas. Set to be operational by 2027, the facility will empower stronger supply chains and support the company’s ambitious goal of reaching 1,000 units across the U.S. by 2030.
In addition to its business goals, Paris Baguette remains committed to community impact. Its recent Share Our Strength, No Kid Hungry campaign raised over $203,000 for children and families in need, ensuring millions of meals are provided.
