Rapidly growing 3PL leader SpeedX leases 165K SF at Linden Logistics Center

3PL carrier SpeedX has leased 165,000 square feet of space at 200 Linden Logistics Way, a 516,476-square-foot state-of-the-art distribution facility located in Linden, accorning to a Monday announcement from Advance Realty Investors and Greek Real Estate Partners (GREP).

SpeedX, will occupy the facility as part of a planned $1 billion factory-to-front-door expansion that will see the company build out an end-to-end logistics hub allowing small and mid-sized companies to ship products from overseas—especially from Asia—to U.S. customers.

200 Linden Logistics Way is located within the 4.1-million-square-foot Class A Linden Logistics Center developed by a partnership of Advance Realty Investors, Greek Real Estate Partners and PGIM Real Estate.

With this recent lease by SpeedX, the park has reached 82% occupancy with major tenants within the park including Peloton, Samsung, Vanguard Logistics, World Distribution Services, Fabuwood Cabinetry and OCM Globe.

“We’re pleased to welcome SpeedX to Linden Logistics Center, a premier location that continues to attract top-tier distributors from around the world,” Alex Motiuk, director of Acquisitions at GREP said. “As demand for well-located industrial space continues to outpace supply across Northern New Jersey, the Center is exceptionally well-positioned to benefit from this ongoing market tightening. Its proximity to key transportation corridors, port access, and dense population centers makes it highly attractive to e-commerce, logistics, and last-mile delivery operators.”

“Linden Logistics Center offers an exceptional location for distributors seeking modern, high-performance facilities with immediate access to key population centers and the Port of New York and New Jersey. In today’s competitive supply chain environment, proximity and efficiency matter more than ever—and Linden delivers on both,” Alex Cocoziello of Advance Realty Investors said.

A CBRE team led by Tom Monahan and Larry Schiffenhaus represented ownership in the lease. SpeedX was represented by Jordan Metz and Benito Abbate, Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty.
