United Security Inc., a leading provider of comprehensive security solutions based in Red Bank, has named Rory Moran as director of executive protection and threat analysis.
Moran, a former U.S. Secret Service Supervisory Special Agent, brings more than 25 years of experience in law enforcement, corporate security, and protective intelligence to his new role.
Moran will oversee the development and execution of USI’s executive protection programs, working closely with corporate leaders, high-profile individuals, and event organizers to ensure safety through proactive risk assessment, protective advance strategies and intelligence-driven security operations.
CEO Frank Consoli welcomed him to the role.
“Rory’s extensive background in executive protection and threat intelligence will further enhance our ability to deliver discreet, high-level protective services to our clients,” he said. “His leadership and experience with some of the most complex security operations in the country are invaluable assets to our growing executive protection, technology and cybersecurity divisions.”
Moran spent over two decades with the U.S. Secret Service where he led cyber fraud investigations, protective intelligence operations, and managed security for presidential, vice presidential, the Pope and foreign dignitary visits.
He served as chair and coordinator for multiple national special security events, including securing the United Nations complex, and directed sensitive protective intelligence investigations that successfully mitigated threats against senior U.S. government officials.
Most recently, Moran served as lead security and response analyst for Mastercard’s corporate security intelligence center, overseeing cyber, fraud, geopolitical, and executive protection intelligence operations. His work included collaborating with global law enforcement agencies and delivering actionable intelligence to executive leadership to safeguard corporate operations worldwide.
