Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) recently celebrated its 35th anniversary with a client appreciation event, commemorating the decades-long relationships that have established the firm as a premier commercial real estate advisory service.

The milestone celebration, held at The Highlawn in West Orange, underscored RRNNJ’s enduring commitment to its clients, many of whom have partnered with the firm through multiple economic cycles and generations of business leadership.

Founded in 1990 by Tom Consiglio with a vision focused on building meaningful, long-term partnerships, RRNNJ has grown from a small operation to a leading firm serving clients across New Jersey, New York State, and Pennsylvania. The company’s longevity in one of the nation’s most competitive commercial real estate markets is attributed to its foundational principle of prioritizing relationships over transactions.

“Our 35th anniversary is a celebration of our clients,” said Consiglio. “We have been fortunate to work with an incredible group of individuals and companies, some of which are in their second and third generations of leadership.
