Red Bank-based Ritesh Shah Charitable Pharmacy recently appointed Joseph Howe as president.
Howe has been an integral part of RSCP’s growth, contributing strategic insight and
dedication. A CPA and a long-standing advocate and supporter of RSCP’s mission, Howe brings decades of leadership in finance, operations, and community health access to his new role.
“Joe has stood by RSCP since its earliest days, always showing up with purpose
and heart. His deep understanding of service, coupled with his experience in
public finance and community operations, makes him an ideal leader to guide our
future. We’re excited and honored to welcome him as President,” Ritesh Shah, founder of RSCP, said.
In 2023, RSCP honored his late father, David E. Howe, with the unveiling of the pharmacy’s Thyroid Resource Center in his name.
“There are few times in life when you realize you’re witnessing something
historic, and that’s how I view the incredible success of RSCP over the past few years.
The team has shown me the true meaning of Seva—not through words, but through
action,” Howe said,
Howe currently serves as the Business Administrator of Operations for Middlesex
County Magnet Schools and lectures in public finance and economics at Rutgers
University.
