Roseland-based ADP acquires Pequity to expand global compensation management tools

HR and payroll solutions giant integrates innovative software to address evolving pay transparency and talent market needs

ADP, the Roseland-based leader in HR and payroll solutions on Wednesday announced it has acquired Pequity, an innovative compensation management software provider founded in 2019.

This acquisition will strategically expand the tools ADP offers, bolstering its ability to support the increasingly complex compensation planning needs of its mid-size, enterprise, and multinational clients globally.

The integration of Pequity’s technology comes as employers face mounting pressure from changing pay transparency laws and regulations and a dynamic global talent market that demands data-driven pay decisions.

Pequity’s software is designed to combine the ease of a spreadsheet with the power of automation at scale, making compensation management more effective for employers. Its features—including AI-enhanced insights, flexible configurations, budgeting, and scenario planning tools—will be integrated to broaden ADP’s existing compensation management capabilities.
