Belah Terentjev has been appointed as director, acquisitions at Sagard Real Estate, where she will focus on real estate acquisitions and portfolio growth across the Northeast.
Terentjev brings over eight years of experience across real estate acquisitions, asset management, and debt. Most recently, she spent three years at GLP Capital Partners, focusing on industrial real estate opportunities, including stabilized, value-add, and development projects, for GCP’s closed-end investment vehicles.
She previously worked on J.P. Morgan’s Real Estate Americas team, focusing on equity investments and asset management, after starting her career underwriting debt on the Real Estate Banking team.
