San Patricios, Jersey City’s new Mexican-Irish cantina and pub from the acclaimed team behind The Dead Rabbit, is celebrating its first festive season with the launch of its holiday pop-up, Las Posadas.
Named after the traditional Mexican Christmas pilgrimage and celebration, the pop-up began on Nov. 25 and will run through Jan. 7, 2026. Following the success of the iconic “Jingle Jangle” holiday pop-ups at The Dead Rabbit locations, Las Posadas serves as San Patricios’ own immersive celebration, featuring the entire space decked out in holiday decor.
True to the venue’s cross-cultural roots, the event merges the warmth of an Irish pub with the vibrant spirit of a Mexican cantina.
The pop-up menu features a host of specialty food and beverage items designed for the holidays, blending traditional flavors from both cultures.
