Second phase of The Hazel in Jersey City reaches 95% leased

Alpine Residential together with Fields Grade have reached a milestone in the lease of its latest upscale residences, the Hazel. Ninety-five percent the 87 residences in the second phase of the community are now leased.

The six-story building marks another success for the development team, which has helped redefine Bergen-Lafayette through The Bergen Lafayette Collection, a series of mixed-use properties that have reshaped the neighborhood. South Oxford Management, Alpine’s affiliated management company, led the leasing program at The Hazel Jersey City.

Located at 89 Monitor Street, the newest addition to Bergen-Lafayette has excelled in today’s apartment market with a mix of oversized studio to two-bedroom homes and a full suite of amenities.

Bergen-Lafayette has benefited from major investment and infrastructure improvements, including the extension of Jersey Avenue and light rail service connecting to PATH trains and ferry terminals.
