Lee & Associates has expanded its New Jersey industrial practice to 24 brokers with the additions of Gary Capetta as managing partner and Matthew Corpuel as partner. These seasoned professionals are based in the commercial real estate firm’s Elmwood Park office, bringing nearly 70 years of combined industry expertise to their new positions.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Capetta and Corpuel worked together at Pantheon Properties and CBRE. The top-producing industrial brokerage team represents landlords, investors, developers and tenants. Their diverse client roster includes CenterPoint, Brookfield, AEW, Whole Foods Market, Unilever, Samsung C&T, Panera Bread, Chefs’ Warehouse, New York City Ballet and Colavita USA, among many others.
