Summit-based Simplicity Group officially announced the acquisition of Indianapolis-based Source Brokerage, LLC, a premier brokerage general agency (BGA) specializing in disability insurance (DI). The move marks a strategic expansion of Simplicity’s national DI platform and adds deep technical expertise in specialized institutional markets.
With this transaction, Steve Crowe, head of Source Brokerage, joins Simplicity as its newest partner.
Since 1992, Source Brokerage has established itself as an industry leader in providing disability income solutions. The firm is particularly noted for its expertise in complex institutional sectors, including:
