Teen mental health provider Evolve Treatment Centers expands to Livingston with prime office lease

Evolve Treatment Centers, a nationally recognized provider of adolescent mental health and substance abuse services, has signed a long-term lease for the entire 4,100-square-foot medical office property at 623-625 West Mount Pleasant Ave. in Livingston.

The move marks a significant expansion for the health care provider, which specializes in supporting teens aged 12 to 17. The new facility, owned by Euro Associates, will offer a specialized environment designed specifically for the unique needs of adolescents struggling with depression, anxiety, and co-occurring substance use disorders.

The property, built in 2010 to premium specifications, is situated at a signalized intersection with extreme visibility—passing approximately 30,000 vehicles daily. Its brick exterior and large windows provide an inviting, residential-style curb appeal that aligns with Evolve’s “nurturing environment” philosophy.

Internal features that made the site ideal for Evolve include:

  • Adaptable floor plan: The 4,100 sq. ft. space allows for a mix of private therapy rooms, group session areas, and clinical offices.

  • Accessibility: High-visibility location with easy ingress/egress and abundant on-site parking for families.

  • Community integration: Located within minutes of the Livingston Town Center and local hospitality options, providing convenience for parents and staff.

The deal was facilitated by the CBRE team of Marta Villa and Sam Bernhaut, who represented Euro Associates, while Sean Pyle of Sabre Real Estate negotiated on behalf of Evolve.

“Combining quality care with a nurturing environment, Evolve Treatment Centers provide a vital service to the community,” Villa of CBRE said. “We were happy to work with Euro Associates to provide optimal space for this expanding mental health provider’s latest location.”

Evolve is known for its high staff-to-client ratios and its focus on evidence-based modalities like Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). While many facilities focus on adult recovery, Evolve’s presence in Livingston addresses a critical shortage of localized, teen-specific psychiatric and behavioral health resources in the Essex County area.
