Ridgewood-based The DAK Group said it recently helped facilitate the sale of its client Couranto to Prenax. Closing of the deal will create the only corporate subscription management service in the United States.
Couranto is a provider of corporate subscription and information contract management services headquartered in Florida.

Couranto has served corporate clients spanning most industries for over 30 years, by reducing costs while improving access to subscriptions, licensed content, data resources, intellectual property and corporate memberships.
