The Office Tavern Grill is rolling out a dual refresh: a new menu for all four of its locations and a complete interior makeover for its flagship restaurant in Morristown. The changes, led by the team at 40North Restaurants, aim to enhance the brand’s commitment to high-quality, approachable dining.
The updated Morristown location now features a brighter, more contemporary look with new decor, an updated color scheme, and larger TVs, all while preserving the welcoming tavern atmosphere it’s known for.
Kevin Felice, vice president of 40North, said the changes mark the “next chapter” for the brand. He added that the updates reflect what guests have always loved about The Office—familiar flavors executed well, with a few surprising touches.
The new menu, available at the Summit, Ridgewood, East Hanover and Morristown locations, reintroduces several popular items from the restaurant’s seasonal “Road Trip Menu.” Guests can now enjoy signature dishes like Peach Glazed Baby Back Ribs, Mediterranean Chicken Pita, Shrimp Po’Boy, Birria Tacos and Miso Glazed Salmon.
Executive Chef Sean Carner explained that the menu balances comfort and innovation.
“We listened to our regulars and brought back some of their most-requested items, while introducing new dishes that showcase the creativity of our scratch kitchen and the quality of our ingredients,” he said.
The culinary and operational philosophy, which emphasizes house-prepared food and top-quality ingredients, has been a defining characteristic of The Office Tavern Grill since its acquisition by the family-owned Villa Restaurant Group in 2011. This same commitment to quality extends to the restaurant’s celebrated beer program, which was the first in New Jersey to offer 40 beers on tap and continues to feature a rotating selection of local and regional brews.
