The Valley Hospital, based in Paramus, on Tuesday announced it welcomed Jeffrey Bokser to the position of vice president of Ancillary Services. Bokser joins the leadership team to oversee core operational functions and drive strategic growth across several key departments.
In his new role, Bokser will have initial oversight of pharmaceutical, diagnostic imaging, and lab services. He will also be actively involved in strategic and operational projects at The Valley Hospital’s main campus and various off-site locations.

Extensive background in health care operations
Bokser brings extensive experience in complex healthcare operations to Valley Health System. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Hagerty Consulting, where he worked with health systems nationwide to build more resilient operations.
Prior to that, he served as a Senior Administrator at Yale New Haven Health. Bokser also had an 18-year career at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where he last served as vice president of operations, focusing on advancing performance and leading innovation across clinical, non-clinical, and ancillary services.
