The Goldstein Group on Monday announced the placement of Tim Hortons at 245 N. Main Street in Lacey (Forked River). This move marks another step in the Canadian brand’s strategic expansion across the U.S.
The transaction involved a 2,000-square-foot free-standing building that previously housed a White Castle, benefiting from an existing drive-thru—a critical feature for the quick-service restaurant sector.
The Goldstein Group’s President, Chuck Lanyard, and Executive Vice President, Mark Handwerker, represented the landlord, Sunrise Pointe, LP, in the deal. The tenant, Tim Hortons, was represented by Jennifer Harrison of NAI, Dileo Bram & Co.
The new location is situated in the heart of the Forked River area’s bustling retail corridor. The site offers high visibility and easy access to major highways, positioning the new store to attract both local residents and visitors.
The area boasts a strong retail mix, including The Home Depot, TJ Maxx, Chipotle, and Dunkin’ Donuts, establishing the location as a key commercial hub.
“The new store marks another milestone in the brand’s continued expansion across the United States,” noted a spokesperson for The Goldstein Group. “We are proud to have played a key role in helping Tim Hortons establish its presence in Lacey-Forked River. This opening is a testament to the strong demand for Tim Hortons in New Jersey.”
The new store will feature Tim Hortons’ signature coffee, Timbits, breakfast sandwiches, and lunch options, alongside a cozy interior for guests and the convenient drive-thru for customers on the go.
