Dimitrios Tsounakis has recently been named vice president in addition to Commercial and Industrial Loan officer of Kearny Bank, the company announced Wednesday.
Tsounakis will now be responsible for working out relationships with commercial lending clients and contributing to the bank’s overall strategic growth in the business banking sector.
Kearny Bank SVP Robert Melchione explained his role.
“Our commercial lending business has been expanding steadily, so we brought Dimitrios aboard to add oversight and additional expertise that we’re confident will increase the momentum,” he said. “Based on his background, we’re confident he’ll be a valuable asset to us and our commercial clients.”
Melchionne further adds that business loans serve as the foundation of long-term banking relationships. They aspire to enrich the connection with clients with a goal of Kearny Bank eventually supporting all their business and personal banking needs.
Kearny offers a broad range of lending solutions for its commercial and industrial clients, including commercial term loans, commercial real estate loans, and lines of credit.
