UBS on Monday announced appointment of Ryan Rozniakowski as the senior market director for Northern New Jersey within its Greater New York Metro Market. In this role, Rozniakowski will lead the Paramus office, which is the largest UBS branch in New Jersey with a team of more than 130 employees. He will be responsible for overseeing strategic growth, driving profitability, and leading the team’s efforts.
Rozniakowski’s appointment highlights the importance of the Paramus office as a critical business hub for UBS. His local leadership team will include Christopher Simone, the Associate Market Executive.
With over a decade of experience at UBS, Rozniakowski has held various leadership and banking roles across the firm. Before this new position, he served as the Market Executive for the Pacific Northwest Market, where he oversaw thirteen offices across Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Alaska. He also previously led the firm’s Denver Private Wealth Management office.
