United restarting flights from Newark to Tel Aviv July 21

United Airlines will restart its flights from Newark to Tel Aviv, Israel on July 21, the carrier
announced.

The nonstop flight will depart Newark at 3:30 p.m., arriving in Israel at 8:55 on Tuesday
morning.

A week from Tuesday (July 22), the airline will add a second daily nonstop that leaves at
10:40 p.m., arriving at 4:20 p.m. (Tickets are available at United.com)

United will continue to serve Tel Aviv on Boeing 78710s. United also offers connections to
Tel Aviv through partners including Lufthansa Group airlines.

This resumption is in line with United’s longstanding commitment to serving Tel Aviv,”
United said in a statement. “Throughout 2025, United has flown to Tel Aviv more than any
other U.S. airline.

United service to Tel Aviv always follows a detailed assessment of operational
considerations in the region and close consultation with the unions representing our flight
attendants and pilots.

United stopped its flights to Israel last June, when the Israeli airspace was closed due to
hostilities.
