Value Companies, Inc. has successfully completed the lease-up of Phase Two of The Point at Gateways, a luxury residential enclave within the larger Gateways at Randolph multifamily property in Morris County.
The quick absorption of the new units affirms the strong demand for high-end living in the area, prompting the immediate launch of the project’s final stage.
The successful lease-up of the second phase, spearheaded by Leasing and Marketing Manager Cheryl Byrne, involved 24 two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. Each luxury residence is outfitted with high ceilings, stone countertops, tile backsplashes and energy-efficient appliances, including an in-unit washer/dryer.
Residents of The Point at Gateways enjoy an expanded suite of community amenities, including a newly remodeled clubhouse featuring an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balconies, a children’s playroom, a video gaming lounge, workstations, and billiards. Outdoor amenities include a new pool with a sundeck, a fitness center, new barbecue areas and a playground.
“The quick lease up of Phase Two of our Point at Gateways project affirms our belief that the demand for high-end living in Morris County continues to grow,” Jack Linefsky, vice president of Property Management at Value Companies, said.
Linefsky confirmed that attention is now shifting to the community’s continued expansion: “Our investment in The Point at Gateways will only continue from here as we usher in the next phase of construction with the groundbreaking of Phase Three.”
Phase Three of The Point at Gateways will introduce 36 more two-bedroom/two-bathroom homes. Upon the completion of all construction phases, the entire Gateways at Randolph property will be one of the largest multifamily communities in the state, totaling over 1,000 units.
