Vincent Tesoriero was named chief financial officer of PLM fleet, the Newark company announced Thursday.
Tesoriero brings over 20 years of finance and accounting experience to the refrigerated trailer management company. He has experience in financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational management.
He’s held various financial management positions at Xome/Mr. Cooper Group, Marlin Business Services Corp, American International Group, and Deloitte.
PLM Fleet CEO Keith Shipp praised his skillset.
“With his background and experience in building and leading high-performance teams in financial services and equipment leasing to accelerate growth and customer impact, he will be invaluable as we chart innovative paths forward in fleet management,” he said.
Testoriero has led strategic initiatives in financial and accounting operations, completed complex corporate transactions, optimized capital structures, scaled organizations through periods of significant growth, and successfully navigated through challenging economic cycles.
He praised the organization and what it meant to collaborate.
