Virtua Mount Holly one of five N.J. hospitals to earn Consumer Loyalty Award

Capital Health, Cooper, Morristown, Cooperman Barnabas also cited with NRC honor

Virtua Mount Holly Hospital has been awarded a 2025 Consumer Loyalty Award by NRC Health, a leading health care experience management company.

The honor recognizes health care organizations that prioritize the patient experience, foster enduring loyalty, and integrate human-centered care into every aspect of the health care journey.

This year’s NRC Health Consumer Loyalty Awards recognize 100 health care organizations across the country that earn the highest ratings from consumers. Winners are determined through NRC Health’s Market Insights study, the nation’s largest and most comprehensive health care consumer-perception survey, measuring insights from more than 310,000 people annually.

Capital Health Medical Center (Hopewell, Pennington), Cooper University Medical Center (Camden), Morristown Medical Center and Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center (Livingston) also were honored.

John Kirby, who serves as president of both Virtua Mount Holly and Virtua Willingboro, was thrilled by the honor.

“While it has had different names through the years, Virtua Mount Holly Hospital has served Burlington County and the surrounding region for well over 100 years,” he said. “It is hugely gratifying to receive recognition regarding the ongoing, trusting relationships we build with the people and families we serve.”

NRC Health Chief Operating Officer Helen Hrdy praised the honorees for their unwavering focus on their patients’ needs.

“This year’s Consumer Loyalty Award winners have demonstrated remarkable dedication to building patient loyalty by putting the patient experience at the forefront,” she said. “Their steadfast commitment to advancing Human Understanding in healthcare serves as a powerful example.”

Virtua Chief Marketing Officer Chrisie Scott echoed these sentiments.

“Our consumers and their families are more than recipients of care — they’re our partners in creating it,” she said. “Their feedback helps us design experiences that truly meet life where it happens. To be recognized for loyalty means we’re succeeding in being the trusted ally people count on for what matters most.”
