WCRE said it recently sold a 2,800 square foot medical office building in Cherry Hill.
The Marlton-based real estate firm exclusively represented both the seller, 1920 Fairfax Associates, and the buyer, for the property located at 1920 Fairfax Avenue.
WCRE’s Senior Advisor Corey Hassman represented both parties in the transaction.
According to a press release, the asset offers a prime location and versatile space. The property has a close proximity to major roadways including Route 70, Route 73, the New Jersey Turnpike, and I-295.
This deal was further strengthened by the broker representing both the buyer and the seller, allowing for streamlined communication, efficient negotiation, and a transaction process that was smooth and collaborative from start to finish.
