Iselin-based World Insurance Associates on Monday announced Michelle Youshock as its new head of personal lines, replacing Jim Hickey who is taking over carrier consolidation efforts for World.
In her new role, Youshock will be charged with guiding the ~$150 million business towards 10% sustained growth, serving clients in nearly every World office across the United States.
“Our personal lines business is a critical piece of the puzzle for our retail unit, and we’re excited to have Michelle join the team,” Tom Fitzgerald, president of World Retail said. “Her track record in mentoring emerging leaders and cultivating a winning sales culture will no doubt lead the business toward new heights as we continue to enhance our sales strategies and operational performance.”

Youshock comes to World with nearly two decades of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in sales performance and management. Most recently, she held key leadership roles at Assured Partners, including Regional Director for Personal Lines/Small Commercial and Regional Sales Leader for Personal Lines. Youshock serves as Finance Committee Chair for the Leadership Academy of Nevada.
