Alfred Sanzari Enterprises on Monday said its iconic corporate campus, Glenpointe in Teaneck, is near full occupancy. About 10,000 of the property’s 670,000 square feet of Class-A office space remain available for lease.
Situated in a prime location at the intersection of Interstates 80 and 95, Glenpointe is a 50-acre mixed-use campus developed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises in the early 1980s. The campus combines over 650,000 square feet of Class-A office space, 700 luxury hotel rooms across The Marriott at Glenpointe, Hampton Inn & Suites, and Homewood Suites, and a wealth of first-rate community amenities including Glenpointe Fitness and The Marketplace, an Urban Eatery.
Glenpointe is home to several esteemed companies and organizations including Leica Camera, Interstate Waste Services, Cognizant Technologies, and Columbia University. The property’s unmatched location five miles from New York City underscore its status as one of the tri-state area’s top corporate destinations.
Newmark has served as the exclusive leasing agent for Glenpointe, having sustained remarkable leasing velocity through the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the challenges imposed on the office market from the onset of the pandemic, Newmark’s team drove occupancy from approximately 55% to 95%.
“Glenpointe is a story that transcends four decades of vision and three generations of commitment to setting the standard for excellence in real estate development and management,” Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises said. “The reason Glenpointe has been the destination of choice is because we’ve remained true to our long-term ownership strategy, from the day my grandfather broke ground to today. As we approach this remarkable milestone, I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to each member of our Alfred Sanzari Enterprises family and Newmark for their tireless efforts.”
Jeff Schotz, Executive Managing Director of Newmark, added, “Our team’s leasing success at Glenpointe is a result of collaboration, dedication, and a commitment to leveraging the potential of a truly exceptional property. I want to congratulate the Alfred Sanzari Enterprises team and my partners David Simson, Dan Reider and Peter Kasparian on this accomplishment.”
