The law firm Archer & Greiner P.C. on Monday announced that Justin Csik joined the firm as a partner in its Business Counseling Practice Group. Based in the Voorhees office, Csik brings over a decade of experience in corporate and commercial law, bolstering the firm’s strategic growth.
According to Deborah Hays, Archer’s chair and head of the Business Counseling Practice, Csik’s addition enhances the firm’s capability to manage complex corporate and transactional matters.
“His versatility across multiple practice areas adds real depth to our team and supports our clients’ growth in a rapidly changing business environment,” Hays said.
Csik’s practice focuses on representing a wide range of clients, including privately-held companies, public corporations, private investment funds, and nonprofit organizations. His work spans from business formation and governance to intricate mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. He also specializes in franchise law, advising on system development, regulatory compliance, and M&A for franchise businesses.
In addition to his transactional work, Csik counsels clients on trademark, copyright, and licensing agreements. He earned his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Villanova University.
Csik expressed his excitement about joining the firm, noting that Archer provides a “tremendous opportunity” to expand his practice and leverage its full-service resources to deliver greater value to his clients.
