Bridge Industrial rebrands as Kurv Industrial

One of the most active players in New Jersey’s industrial real estate market is turning a corner. Bridge Industrial, the firm responsible for millions of square feet of Class A warehouse and logistics space across the Garden State, officially announced Monday that it has rebranded as Kurv Industrial.

The name change, unveiled on the firm’s 25th anniversary, marks a strategic evolution for the Chicago-based company, which maintains a massive footprint and a dedicated regional office in New Jersey.

Since its founding in 2000 by CEO Steve Poulos, the firm has carved out a niche by tackling complex, high-barrier-to-entry developments. In New Jersey—a state defined by its supply-constrained markets and intricate regulatory landscape—the firm has been a dominant force in converting underutilized land into state-of-the-art logistics hubs.

According to leadership, the name Kurv is a nod to the firm’s ability to navigate market shifts with “conviction, clarity and patience.”

“The industry has evolved significantly since we founded the company… but our approach has always been grounded in discipline and execution,” Steve Poulos, co-founder and CEO of Kurv Industrial said. “Growth takes shape in the turns… the name Kurv reflects that mindset.”

For New Jersey investors, tenants, and municipal partners, the rebranding will not trigger a change in strategy or leadership. Kurv Industrial confirmed it will maintain its existing organizational structure and continue to focus on the following core pillars:

  • Regional Expertise: Maintaining its boots-on-the-ground presence in the New Jersey/New York port markets.
  • Class A Development: Focusing on high-ceiling, modern logistics facilities designed for the e-commerce and global trade sectors.
  • Market Discipline: Targeting supply-constrained areas where demand for industrial space remains at a premium.

The rebrand comes at a pivotal time for New Jersey’s industrial sector, as the state continues to serve as the primary logistics artery for the Northeast Corridor. By leaning into the “Kurv” identity, the firm signals its readiness to adapt to the next generation of supply chain demands and technological integration in warehousing.
