Bussel Realty Corp. (BRC) on Monday announced it successfully brokered a lease for 3,000 square feet at 100 Ryan Street in South Plainfield.
The space, comprised of Suites 8 and 11, was leased to HNS Nutra LLC, an American-based company specializing in the development and supply of nutraceutical ingredients and private-label supplements. With this transaction, the 54,000-square-foot, two-building industrial center is now 95 percent leased.
BRC industrial specialist Steve Jaynes and sales associate N. Rebecca Abraham represented the tenant, HNS Nutra LLC. The landlord, Ryan 100 Holdings, was represented by BRC President Steve Bussel.
The Class A industrial center at 100 Ryan Street is strategically located near major transportation arteries, including I-287, the New Jersey Turnpike, Routes 1-9 and 440, the Garden State Parkway and the Outerbridge Crossing to New York.
