The Metz Industrial Group of Bussel Realty Corp., on Monday announced it successfully leased 31,567 square feet—specifically Unit C-1—at the 150 Pacific Avenue industrial complex to Cabaret Rentals Inc. The complex is a large, 350,295-square-foot facility strategically located to serve the New York City metropolitan area.
Representing the landlord, Eden Wood Realty Corp, was the MIG team consisting of Principal Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel. Cabaret Rentals Inc. handled its representation in-house.
The transaction underscores the continued high demand for premium industrial space near core transportation hubs.

The 150 Pacific Avenue complex, situated on an 18-acre site, is positioned directly off Exit 14B of the New Jersey Turnpike, providing immediate access to both the Holland Tunnel for Downtown Manhattan and I-78.
