Clear Skies Title, a regional provider of title insurance and settlement services, has officially renewed its office lease at 16 Bleeker Street in Millburn. The transaction was brokered by Barbara Gross, executive vice president of Sheldon Gross Realty, marking the second time the firm has tapped her expertise to navigate their real estate strategy.
The renewal ensures the agency maintains its headquarters within the upscale “Tahari building,” an environment known for its modern, industrial-chic aesthetic.
The space was originally transformed by designer Eli Tahari into a high-end “flex” environment. According to Gross, the building’s unique design was a primary factor in the renewal.
“Clear Skies Title had specific objectives and requirements, and this space within the Tahari building continues to check every box,” Gross explains. “He created a decidedly upscale environment… with lots of glass, high and exposed ceilings, and upscale furnishings. Combined with proximity to multiple highways and Millburn’s many amenities, this makes for an ideal location for my client.”
This transaction continues a relationship that began in 2020 when Gross managed the company’s relocation from Cranford to Millburn. Victor Ng, partner at Clear Skies Title, emphasized that Gross’s deep market knowledge—specifically her access to “off-market” opportunities—provided the confidence needed to stay put.

The Millburn office market continues to be a draw for professional services firms due to its high-quality inventory and transit-friendly location.
Sheldon Gross Realty, which has been operating since 1962, continues to maintain a high rate of repeat business, boasting a 95 percent success rate in leasing and selling property assignments.
