Crum & Forster’s (C&F) Accident & Health (A&H) Division has appointed Jared Ionin as its new chief digital officer. In this key leadership role, Ionin will be responsible for overseeing the division’s technology strategy, strengthening its digital infrastructure, and establishing a roadmap for innovation to support strategic growth and scalability.
Ionin brings more than 24 years of experience to the position, including 19 years dedicated to the specialty insurance industry where he focused on transforming IT organizations and optimizing business processes. He joins C&F from The Hartford, where he led technology teams and modernization initiatives focused on operational performance and digital enablement.

Ionin holds an MBA with dual concentrations in Management of Information Systems (MIS) and Information Technology from Rutgers University Graduate School of Business. He also holds certifications as a SAFe Agilist and ITIL practitioner.
