Donnelly Industries completes Station Village at Denville, delivering new transit-oriented luxury

Station Village at Denville, a 65,715-square-foot luxury multifamily development that brings modern, transit-friendly living to one of Morris County’s most desirable communities is now complete, according to a Thursday announcement from Donnelly Industries.

Located at 495 East Main Street, the newly delivered three-story building features a mix of 60 residences, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. The project is specifically designed to appeal to commuters, situated within walking distance of the Mount Tabor N.J. Transit Station, which provides direct rail access to Manhattan and major regional hubs.

Station Village reflects Donnelly Industries’ focus on blending high-quality craftsmanship with the conveniences demanded by modern professionals and families. The pet-friendly community offers an expansive suite of lifestyle amenities, including:

  • Sustainability: On-site EV charging stations for electric vehicle owners.

  • Connectivity: A sophisticated business lounge designed for remote work.

  • Wellness: A boutique fitness center and an outdoor barbecue patio with premium grilling stations.

  • Convenience: A secure, controlled-access package room and on-site maintenance.

Following the completion of construction, Donnelly appointed Value Asset Management (VAM) as the exclusive property management partner. VAM, an affiliate of Clifton-based Value Companies, will oversee all day-to-day operations, including leasing, marketing, resident relations, and maintenance.

Leasing is currently underway, with residents expected to begin occupancy throughout the winter season.
