Strengthening its position as a premier New Jersey litigation firm, Einhorn, Barbarito, Frost, Botwinick, Nunn & Musmanno, PC announced the addition of six attorneys from Donnelly Minter & Kelly LLC, effective March 9. The move significantly bolsters the firm’s Commercial Litigation and Ethics & Professional Liability Defense practice groups.
The arriving group includes three Partners—Patrick Minter, Ronald Citrenbaum and Thomas Coffey—alongside Colin Chudzik as Counsel, and Nicholas Willette and Pravin Persaud as Associates.
The expansion comes on the heels of Einhorn’s late-2025 relocation from Denville to a larger, state-of-the-art office in Parsippany. The move increased the firm’s commercial footprint by nearly 50%, specifically to accommodate high-level talent acquisitions like this one.
