Real estate service provider, The Goldstein Group, on Monday announced the official opening of Express Casino Car Wash and Express Casino Lube at 3974 Route 1.
The reopening of the facility breathes new life into a prominent automotive service site that had previously sat vacant. The deal was brokered by Neil Goldstein, principal of The Goldstein Group, and Mark Handwerker, executive vice president, who represented the landlord, RJB Enterprises, LLC. VRI Homes Realty, NJ, represented the tenant.
According to Goldstein, the site’s logistics played a crucial role in securing a new operator. “The site has tremendous visibility on Route 1 and has back access to Major Road, which affords a turnaround to Route 1,” he said, highlighting the ease of access for local commuters and travelers alike.
