GameChanger Fitness will soon open two new studios this spring in Montclair and Hillsborough Township.
The Hillsborough Township studio at 2 Schindler Ct. will open on March 14, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m.
The Montclair location, at 644 Bloomfield Ave., is preparing to open at a date to be announced soon.
GameChanger Fitness is a personalized strength training brand founded by local entrepreneur and former college baseball player Joe Meglio, who played from 2008 to 2011 at Fairleigh Dickinson-Florham. He now lives in Florham Park.
There are 15 locations across New Jersey and Maryland. Each is limited to 150 members. Last month, Garden Commercial added Crunch Fitness to its Regent Shopping Center at Route 34 and Lloyd Road in Aberdeen. In February, Legacy Boxing & Fitness, signed a lease for a 10,000 square foot new facility at 341 Cortlandt Street in Belleville. The deal was brokered by Sheldon Gross Realty, and marks a significant expansion for the gym.
