The Goldstein Group, a leading real estate brokerage firm, on Monday announced the placement of AAMCO at a new location in Monmouth Junction. The auto repair franchise will occupy a 4,500-square-foot building at 3974 Route 1, a site formerly used by Krazy House Automotive.
The deal was brokered by Neil Goldstein, principal, and Mark Handwerker, executive vice president of The Goldstein Group, who represented the landlord, RJB Enterprises LLC. Sydney Fiorentino of Signature Realty represented AAMCO.
“The former Krazy House automotive facility is a perfect opportunity for AAMCO to move into,” Neil Goldstein said. “The AAMCO franchisee has other locations and was seeking a facility that was a former automotive and repair building.”
AAMCO, a well-known name in the automotive service industry, was founded in 1962 and has since grown to over 675 locations across the United States and Canada. The company specializes in transmission repair but offers a full range of services, including brake repair, air conditioning services, engine diagnostics, and general auto maintenance. AAMCO is recognized for its commitment to transparency and its use of expert technicians and advanced diagnostic tools.
The new location is surrounded by several major retailers and restaurants, including The Home Depot, Chase Bank, McDonald’s, ShopRite, Bob’s Discount Furniture, Aldi, Taco Bell, Target and Burger King.
