Mullica Hill-based Inspira Health is evolving its leadership structure designed to enhance shared decision-making across its health system.
Inspira will leverage smaller, cross-functional teams to share learnings, align priorities, and make decisions as a more cohesive unit, including new roles for key executives in partnership with both Inspira’s CEO Amy Mansue and President and Chief Operating Officer, Warren Moore.
Lydia Stockman assumes her new role as Executive Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer on March 1. She will be tasked with leading key initiatives to improve quality and patient safety and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
John Saffioti will serve as senior vice president, operations. He will lead operations across the health system and oversee functions that support the physical care environment, including facilities, safety and security, hospitality services, and enterprise access operations.
April Venable will serve as senior vice president and chief strategy officer. She will develop and implement plans that drive sustainable business growth through partnerships and joint ventures.
Ruth Bash’s role as senior vice president and chief experience officer is expanding to oversee Human Resources, patient and workplace experiences and marketing and communications.
Earlier this month, Inspira Health locations in Mullica Hill and Vineland received reaccreditation as Comprehensive Centers through the American College of Surgeons.
The accreditation comes from the Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program. MBSAQIP is a program championed by ACS in partnership with the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery.
This comes after Inspira Health launched a substance use disorder program in January, designed to give patients initial treatment, guidance, and connectivity to services when they receive care at the hospital.
