NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. honors top producers and rising stars at annual broker celebration

NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) recently gathered at its Woodbridge headquarters to celebrate a landmark year of transactions across New Jersey’s premier real estate sectors. The firm’s Annual Broker Celebration highlighted the 2025 achievements of seven standout professionals who drove significant volume in the industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and land development markets.

The honors underscored a year defined by high-velocity leasing and complex off-market acquisitions across NAIDB’s seven-county core focus area.

The 2025 Top Producers

Leading the firm’s production were three brokers who combined deep local market intelligence with decades of institutional experience:

  • Chris Galiano (managing director): A 30-year veteran and perennial top performer, Galiano spearheaded several of the region’s most high-profile dispositions and leasing assignments.

  • Kyle Gerace (vice president): Building on previous honors, Gerace distinguished himself through rapid-fire activity, specifically dominating the specialized small-bay industrial sector.

  • Robert DiLeo (associate vice president): Rounding out the top three, DiLeo was recognized for his expertise in navigating intricate off-market industrial sales.

“Our 2025 honorees represent the highest standard of professional excellence,” David Simon, chief operating officer said. “This celebration recognizes those whose accomplishments stood out over the past year and made a significant impact on our firm and the clients we serve.”

The Special Recognition Award: Team Goski

The father-daughter duo of Richard Goski (vice president) and Catherine Goski-Vasquez (associate vice president) received this honor for their impressive year-over-year production growth. By blending traditional brokerage history with modern business development, “Team Goski” became a dominant force in the industrial and flex-space sectors.

  • Jennifer Harrison (vice president): Awarded the Spotlight Award, Harrison was honored for embodying the core values and collaborative spirit of the late Jeff Jones, a beloved figure in the firm’s history.
