NAI DiLeo-Bram has finalized an 11,280-square-foot warehouse lease at 305 Cox Rd. in Roselle, the firm announced.
The facility, situated on 0.58 acres, features 1,200 square feet of newly renovated office space, one loading dock and a drive-in door. Zoned for industrial use, the single-story building has a clear-ceiling height of nearly 15 feet and heavy power, with the warehouse fully air-conditioned.
