NAI James E. Hanson on Friday announced it hired Kim Kretowicz as senior vice president. Kretowicz has also been designated as a member of the NAI Global Healthcare Advisory Group, a move intended to accelerate the firm’s specialized medical real estate services.
In her new capacity, Kretowicz will spearhead the firm’s health care growth initiatives on a national level while simultaneously expanding NAI James E. Hanson’s footprint within the Monmouth County commercial market.
Kretowicz brings a high-level expertise in representing health systems, physician specialty groups, and private investors. Her practice focuses on:
- Medical Outpatient Investment Sales
- Physician Sale-Leasebacks
- Medical Office Leasing Assignments
Beyond her health care specialization, Kretowicz is a veteran of the Monmouth County market, where she will lead office investment sales and agency leasing assignments.
“Kim’s wealth of experience, expansive network, and client-focused approach make her a key addition to our team,” William C. Hanson, president of NAI James E. Hanson said. “Her leadership will be pivotal to expanding our healthcare platform and deepening our expertise in the Monmouth County market.”
Prior to joining NAI James E. Hanson, Kretowicz served as a senior managing director and designated fellow within Colliers’ National Healthcare Services Group. She is widely recognized as a “GlobeSt. Influencer in Healthcare Real Estate” and is a frequent speaker at major industry forums, including BOMA International and the Mid Atlantic Real Estate Journal.
Kretowicz noted that the firm’s reputation for market expertise was a primary driver for her move. “NAI James E. Hanson’s longstanding reputation for superior market expertise makes the firm an ideal fit for this next chapter of my career,” she said. “I look forward to helping clients navigate the complexities of the healthcare real estate market.”
